YELLOW JACK
The full length feature film based upon the novel "Yellow JacK" by author Josh Russell.  Set in New Orleans in the 1840's, the film tells the story of Claude Marchand, fleeing Paris France with a brand new technology introducing the modern day photograph to the world for the first time.  Claude quickly becomes a "cause celebre" in New Orleans, and indulges in all of it's vices, opium, absinthe, prostitutes, and lies.

Falling in love with the Mayor's 16 year old daughter, while living with Millicent, a beautiful "woman of color", Claude quickly capitalizes on his invention, while New Orleans again succumbs to the yearly plight of death inflicted upon it's people by "Yellow Jack", the annual epidemic scourge of the city.  Claude's studio quickly fills up with recently deceased and their families, paying money for one last "memorial" photograph.

It's a love story, wrapped inside an extremely dark and haunting tale of desire, death, sex, and drugs..........
